6.2-litre V8: 457hp & 0-100 km/h in 4.5sec

We all knew that Mercedes would reveal the new C63 AMG somewhere this month. But I must say, I didnt expected it so quick. A few hours ago Mercedes-AMG Gmbh released a huge press release with 22 high-res pics of its new C63 AMG.

The AMG 6.3-litre V8 engine develops a peak output of 336 kW/457 hp and a maximum torque of 600 newton metres.  Accordingly the C 63 AMG accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds, just like the "others" its top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h. "Officially unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show this September" Click "Read More" for the official press release and high-res pics!

Worldcarfans photographers caught the V10 powered Lexus LF-A prototype doing some tests at the Nürburgring.

The greenhell is used by alot of (sports)car manufacturers, also Lexus is using this track to test its new super car.
